Hola kai-bcn, el name
"La Suave al Norte de Mas Fortuny"
en
https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1190573880/history

For what its worth: I've added this photo of this trail - https://www.trailforks.com/photo/25186829/ ... where you can clearly see that this is now a trail, but used to be a well established service double-track, during the past history when Collserola had more agriculture.

I think it's fine to add a track without a name, OSM is full of them. If you want to keep it, mtb:name is a more adequate tag, as aTarom suggested. See https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Mountain_biking

What would be an acceptable name that OSM could help to establish?
What about 100% descriptive, like:
"Sendero entre Torrent de les Tres Serres y Camí de Can Balasc" ? -
Comment from jmaspons
OSM is not meant to be used to establish or change the reality. OSM tries to represent the reality.
In the other hand, toponyms in Catalonia have to be in Catalan (https://llengua.gencat.cat/ca/serveis/legislacio_i_drets_linguistics/Preguntes-mes-frequeents/ambit-public/toponimia/index.html).
