看起來是教師為中南大學的學生佈置了繪製開放街圖之作業，但學生並無使用經驗從而亂畫一團。
It seems that the teacher assigned the homework to draw OSM for the students of Central South University, but students have no experience in using it and draw a vandalism changeset.

所有帶有「中南」、「地信」這樣字眼的位於該城市的變更集，皆要拜該校不負責任的教師所賜。
All changesets in the city with words like "中南" and "地信" in comment must be responsed by the irresponsible teachers of this university.

我之前曾经给中南大学的部分学生指出过这个问题，可见这些修改集：

不过似乎并没有在社区上得到答复。
我也很想听听教师对绘图质量是如何把控的。如果早知道如此，完全可以换一种作业形式。不然等作业完成以后，还需要我们社区志愿者来擦屁股。

大家好，对于这片区域大量标记被删除，是因为这些标记都是之前我没有了解编辑规则而进行的错误编辑。请大家放心，我并没有删除重要（正确）的标记。很抱歉自己的愚蠢行为给大家带来了困扰，并且给学校带来了不好的影响！还希望大家发现不对时给予我批评与指教。Hello everyone, a large number of marks in this area were deleted, because these marks were wrongly edited by me without understanding the editing rules. Rest assured that I did not remove important (correct) marks. I'm really sorry that my stupid behavior has brought trouble to everyone and brought bad influence to the school! Also hope that everyone found wrong to give me criticism and advice.
