Georges Island Lane has a fork not shown here. There are two distinct rights of way. One, almost as shown, but making a much sharper left turn at this fork, passes over Nova Scotia PID 60356979 between two lots, PID 60356946 and PID 60356938 (which used to be part of 60356979), passing over at least its eastmost corner, then continuing behind or on PID 60356953 and 60617743, connecting 60356920 and possibly also 60617750 where it seems to end (at 74/73). This is mentioned in Book 903, Page 555, benefit and burden of a 14' right of way, and cited on survey of 7th day of September, 2011, plan 14991, by Berrigan Surveys Limited, but only the entrance to 60356938, further south than this right of way, is shown. That is where this roadway currently ends, not at the original 14' wide location between the two lots.

The other right of way, more usually travelled, is on the beach itself. At the fork the road continues, not shown, bending left only slightly, to enter that beach at the highest tide line. This road is correctly shown on Nova Scotia Department of Lands and Forests, Surveys Division, Field Plot P-005/88, "CERTAIN LANDS LYING LANDWARD FROM MEAN HIGH WATER MARK Of CRESCENT BEACH", 13th of October 1987.
