Public Transport Integration in Belgium.

Currently applying all the network changes by De Lijn. This involves checking quality of official GTFS data and transferring ways from former route relations to the new ones. Also some general cleaning for outdated tags, stop location, ref codes or names. It might still take a few more weeks of work.

(Current status: most stops have been fixed or upgraded in Limburg, West-Vlaanderen, Vlaamse Rand, Leuven and in the city of Ghent. Help appreciated for Antwerp and Oost-Vlaanderen.)
