This is a sock puppet account used for uploading data from the National Hydrographic Dataset (NHD), which comprises water features such as lakes and rivers. I have uploaded subbasin 07120004 (near my home), and am working on uploading the following 4 near Yellowstone:
10020007, 10020008, 10070001,10070002

There are a few existing water features that were duplicated. If the NHD data is better, the old version should be deleted. If the OSM version is better, the NHD tags should be copied over before being deleted. Also, the areas and lakes have duplicate nodes at their intersections that need to be merged manually.
