Have Sheffield Bike stands been replaced by two-tier? Or added additionally? Seen new two-tier stands just from train.

I have modified the highway tag to cycle path based on internal driver feedback and OS Open data street view. As I am unaware of the barrier type, I have added barrier with foot=yes. If any local mapper any information regarding this place, please tag it accordingly or please let me know, I will make the edits.

Could you check this road, there is feedback from the driver, which shows that he could not drive. Maybe there is some kind of obstacle, access ban, gate or something else?
