This territorial sea boundary is incorrect.
As of 2012 Tuvalu has archapelagic baselines which can be seen in this map, along with coordinates:

The territorial sea around Fiji is incorrectly drawn relative to the coast.
Fiji has an archapelagic baseline system which the 12 nm territorial sea extends out from.
