You can try to lauch firefox this way:

GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=1 /usr/bin/iceweasel

It has fixed the problem for me, YMMV

As JohnSmith said, you just set the filter normally so that it matches what you want to filter. By default it filters *out* by disabling (yet keeping visible), but you can use the checkboxes in the "Filters" panel to change that to "hiding matching objects" and/or "invert filter".

The filter definition dialog is just the "find/set selection" dialog, and I think that those "replace selection" etc. options don't do anything for filters.

I had the same problem as you at first, because the filter selection dialog is able to use AND, OR operators in the query, but I didn't find the not... Which I expected to be, and not finding it is confusing. But the invert option is a good work-around, at least for simple queries (and you can combine several filters if you need to)

Note that there are places where you can find a brige above another bridge, there "level" makes full sense.

Bienvenue à OpenStreeMap ! Je vis dans le quartier du Chateau de la Duchère, à Lyon 9, et je cartographie principalement par iphone ou avec le cadastre. Je carresse l'idée d'aller cartographier la ballade du mont verdun (début à champagne, sentier botanique, forêt autour de Limonest...). Si ça se trouve je serai coiffé au poteau (si les 10km par jours sont tous les jours différents, la carte des randos va évoluer à grande vitesse!)
