I think they are:
1. No left turn from 123rd South EB to Minuteman Dr NB.

2. No left turn from Minuteman Dr NB to 123rd South WB.

3. No left turn from Minuteman Dr SB to 123rd South EB.

ie. The only allowable left turn is from 123rd South WB to Minuteman Drive SB *I think*.

Aerial photography should make these restrictions clear by the presence of U-turn intersections beyond the main Minuteman Drive / 123rd South intersection.
