Do these roads still exist? Not in TIGER 2013. Probably old logging roads?

Just added the newly-opened stretch of 4-lane divided highway here based on info from WSDOT's website. Apparently, there's some U-turn loops along this roadway, but I have no idea where these are, so it would be great if someone w/ more knowledge of this area could add these turning loops.
