Can someone please survey the Solomon Gulch Trail? I did, but yay my Garmin eTrex 30 lost the GPS track log, surprise surprise.

Roughly updated Bear Glacier and lagoon based on memory, guesswork and GPS trace of two days exploring and kayaking so at least major changes since August 2014 flooding and high-level topography changes are included but still lots of rough PGS data that should be corrected if any OSM contributors visit or once updated aerial imagery is available.

I'm currently talking to some people about getting access to The Gib Recreational Reserve so I can survey and map it — ETA data online Nov 2014.

Am considering removing this track, it doesn't appear to be maintained or endorsed as a track for use (though it's clearly more than an animal trail)

I may have made these cliffs too detailed because they look ugly but I'm wary of not catering to the renderer and the current stylesheet — suggestions?

Google Maps shows the Bicentennial Trail as going down around the bottom here so either OSM or Google is off by over 400 metres.

I've made a start on mapping the fences around here but needs a lot more survey and work. Maybe map the old farm vehicle tracks too as footpaths?

Should we add a natural tag to this in addition to nature_reserve, such as the natural=woodland that Black Mountain has?

Would it be of any use to breakdown the area into predominantly tree-covered woodland and grasslands?

I've added Bottom Pinnacles as a grassland, only because it's not nature_reserve yet.

Thoughts? nboehm@purecaffeine.com
