a gathering place
for kids
a climbing tree
a flowering tree
a common ground...

I wish I was still light enough to be held by its tiny branches.

The hill
My love.
I come here to meditate.
I remember
The first time
I met my first boyfriend
On that hill
He showed me memes.
It was awful lmao.
Luckily that relationship died.
And I remember
On that hill
I ate ice cream with my best friend.
There was no one else there
And it was nice.
A nice private place
Overlooking everything
Atop that hill.
 

My home,
place of residence,
shared with my parents,
two cats,
two hamsters,
two tortoises,
and my boyfriend.
I moved here when I was only two.
This is where I have laughed and cried
slept and awoke..
I have ran to this place
and away from it.
But in the end it will always be
My home.
