Resolved note #98786
Description
Not sure what to do here, if anything at all. I'm new to editing roads here. I was using Skobbler app to drive to something nearby (Susie Q's Drive Thru) and it routed me EB on 56 Avenue and then NB in the middle of this intersection and then WB in the middle of the intersection again to then arrive on the proper side of 56 Avenue for Susie Q's Drive Thru. This is obviously not permitted as a car cannot do a U-turn in this intersection. So I'm curious... is there a way to edit this intersection to avoid routing issues like that, or is that beyond the scope of OSM? Just something I noted and wanted to learn more about.

That is the mapping application, not the map itself. file a big with the app! :-)
(at the time of adding this comment) I don't see any turn restrictions on any of the relevant roads
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Turn_Restriction
I'd guess that a "no_u_turn" with "from", "via" and "to" all being ways within the intersection might be the way to go (though whether Skobbler could understand that I can't say)
You say that a U-turn at this intersection is "obviously not permitted". Are you saying that there's a general ban on U-turns at intersections in BC? Because I don't see a "No U-turn" sign on G***le Street View.
It's also conceivable that Skobbler doesn't perceive this to be a U-turn but instead just a quick succession of left turns because of the separated ways here.
U-turns are indeed illegal in signalized intersections in BC. I've added the four turn restrictions. If the routing problem persists you have to file a bug report with Skobbler.
