Evidence of some site clearance but no construction yet with no access created from Chamberlain Avenue as of yet.
Well underway most at interior fit stage. Access is via Chamberlain Avenue but development appears joint with the building on Butchers Lane.
3 bungalows beyond 32 Chamberlain Ave blocked by lorry today. Gate beyond lorry. Signs from main road are to Dairy Meadow Gardens
