Apart from the transition from tertiary to lower it could be reasonable
The groundwork's on Bing doesn't look right to me. That path looks like its utilities (water, electric, sewer) Only way to solve it is a survey!

The DigitalGlobe footage covers this area - just be wary that the offset may be different to Bing
The offset appears to tally well with ground truth as reflected in diverse GPS traces, so I'm treating it as accurate.
