Easier to fix than to note and have someone else fix
How can I check the existence of the waterway? My only datasource was Bing which isn't good enough there.
I also have to leave notes even when I could be able to fix the issue myself. For example I could have done this for the two nearby "waterway=waterfall" that aren't attached to the waterway.
But I would have to check in the wiki if that's actually how that works. And (the biggest reason) I usually end up in such a situation as described by this scene: http://media.leonarven.info/programming.gif

I usually contribute during the midday pause at work, so when that happens, the least bad solution seems to open notes.
