Google has database copyrights and isn't a usable source.
I am *not* using google as a source, I am using a page found through a google search as a source.
You are still making use of Google's copyright indexes to do that. This particular case should be easy to verify on the ground, with the exception of the post code, so should be resolveable with no copyright issues.
Please don't play armchair lawyer - you are getting it wrong. Even Google do not claim any copyright over pages found through google. The implications of such copyright protection would be vast and absurd.
