http://newsok.com/oklahoma-reaches-a-crossroads-with-rest-stops/article/3867279 -- "The Transportation Department has 11 rest stops, all but one of which are off I-35 or Interstate 40. The other rest stop is in southern Oklahoma off U.S. 69."
This could be the one off of US 69. Looking into it further.
http://www.travelok.com/article_page/ushighway6975fromcolberttomcalester -- "Just as we cross the state line, there is a well-maintained Tourism Information Center and rest area where travelers can get state maps, brochures and directions."
Looks like this is actually a scale now that Mapbox has high resolution imagery. I'm updating it.
The rest area is maybe a mile or so north of Staley if you want to tag that (and it appears to be accessible from the northbound side only).
Looks like I already got that coming back from Texas Furry Fiesta last year, but I can add additional detail.
