For what purpose?
Shops often occupy only part of a building (there might be residential accommodation or offices too, either above or behind the shop). Nodes are also convenient for interpolation.
Provided that the nodes do not duplicate information contained in the building way, there is probably no good reason to change them.
Seems fine - like many many other similar places.
