Why not ask him?
Being more serious, we tend to map addresses rather than the name of the occupant. All sorts of data protection issues there.
When I looked for "Martin's House, Wyvil Road, London" the search results confirmed that its Leasehold apartment with name 'Martin House' and not name of the individual's house. I found websites like these as sources
http://www.addressesandpostcodes.co.uk/address/MBbtZHwE/flat-24-martin-house-wyvil-road-london-sw8-2sz.html
which cannot be used as a data source to add it in OSM. I added this note to get the data confirmed from the local mappers. So It would be great if you can confirm this and update the map.
The apostrophe s changed the meaning from a name to the possessive, hence my misunderstanding.
Local mappers are unlikely to check an individual address, but are more likely to pick it up as part of a survey of the area.
Thank you for the feedback. We wait for a survey of the area then.
