I don't think there is a official street name for these service roads as they are classed as driveways rather a residential street. There haven't been any signs with them for the last 40 years AFAIK.
There may be block numbering designations by the operators in this case probably West Berkshire Council: though as yet I haven't had the time to chase them yet. I thought naming them such made the maps less confusing to use.
The site down the hill to the north were built and run, along with some of the local houses, by AWE Aldermaston as new housing for the nuclear weapons factory workers.
It still had MOD and AWE signage actively changed in the 1980's and has had barriers to stop rat-running and mainly parking along the Garage road.
I think it is likely that it may still be residuly owned by AWE still that rent them.
My key aim is to put them on the map so they get documented and then if people have higher accuracy positioning than the Bing based photos or wants to expand the use of the data then the bare layout is ready for them and inthe mean time systems like routers get to know about them.
If there is a tag for notional rather designated name let me know.
