I originally created that node and added "shop=organic". At that time, it was both: a shop selling organic food _and_ an Italian restaurant. I will recheck that area soon, as some shops were closed meanwhile, but the original tagging was intentional and correct four years ago! Imho that proves that this was changed by an unverified mechanical edit.
If this place is still the same as it was four years ago, the "modern" tagging would be
amenity=restaurant
cuisine=Italian
shop=convenience (or deli)
organic=yes
Accoding to the web page, it is only a restaurant. No hint for a shop. The "modern" tagging war already applied except for the shop. So it might be correct already.
