Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, there isn't really a satisfactory way to tag this.
You might be able to tag the visitor route as access=destination.
Unfortunately, there are so many graduations of access restriction in practice, that it is impossible to represent them all accurately.
If all else fails, a note= tag can provide the information.
As there are barriers on the Thane Road entrance, presumably there are barriers here, as well.
Not sure this is accurate / up to date - I have recently used this entry point to visit Boots as a visitor with no issues - you simply sign in and get directed to the relevant parking for where you are visiting.

hadw: I'm not sure about access=destination in this case. I would classify all the entrances as private. There are check points and you are unlikely to be allowed through without having made prior arrangement.
I think there are automatic lift gate barriers at this entrance. I'll check that.
