I've made an initial attempt to fix this, restoring access tagging added by kevjs1982 on 3rd November. I'm fairly sure http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/174050774 isn't open yet. I've checked carefully that the whole stretch from Clifton to the M1 is routable. Survey still required.
http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/174050774 was open when I mapped it (Lane 2 only in use both ways) - I've double checked today and it's still in use (even though the Highways Agency says otherwise!). West Leake junction is being laid out for the new routing when it switches in a couple of days - this has been mapped but will need a GPS trace.
A453 is now running as dual carriageway (but with one lane coned off) from Mill Hill roundabout till just west of West Leake junction. I believe all the one way tagging is correct but could possibly do with a second set of eyes once the renders/routing agents catch up.
OSMr has now been updated and is sensibly routing from Kegworth to West Bridgeford
A453 layout changed again. Now operating as a dual carriageway from J24 to Mill Hill (with one lane coned off) except for
1. Westbound C/W between the old power station entrance and EMPWay junction is closed
2. Westbound C/W between EMPWay junction and ~250 meters west of Long Lane is operating and a very long entry slip for EMPWay traffic.
3. Eastbound C/W between ~250m west of Long Lane and old power station entrance has two way running.
4. 2 lanes are in operation both ways between J24 and ~250m west of Long Lane.
Will double check routing once OSMr catches up again.
Between the Clifton Flyover and Mill Hill all traffic is now on the correct side of the road.
Road due to open fully tomorrow, comments RE: Name further south on another bug so closing this one. Route is as per final layout.
