Border of Egypt/Sudan should be a straight line along 22° latitude from here 25° longitude (Border of Lybia) going east for 650 km until reaching (31° longitude, Wadi Halfa) as shown in the UN Official Africa source map.
22° latitude is a geometrically defined border and should be a straight line in Mercator Projection. In OSM it is not a straight line but woobly.

This on is about Egypt/Libya border along 25 East meridian. In OSM it is not a straight line but woobly.
