Following survey changed name to Global Point but have kept Kaplan Residences in alt_name. Both names appear on the sign outside, but Global Point appears to be the main name of the block.

The cladding was stripped off and replaced earlier this year https://www.skyscrapercity.com/showpost.php?p=156593328&postcount=312 Presumably the new stuff isn't flammable. Is there any reason to keep this one open?
