Do you mean substation?

I don't know what kind of facility it is. I didn't see any transformers, which tells me it isn't a substation. Maybe it's some kind of grounding connection?
It may also be something to do with underground natural gas pipelines, like a valve or a metering station.
Upon closer inspection, this appears to be a FortisBC natural gas facility. I do not believe this should be added, as its location is not really meant for the public to know about, for reasons of safety.
