Los Altos High School almost certainly still exists (it's a fairly large public high school, and it would be big news if it were suddenly demolished...)
"Gazzy "Lil Pump" Garcia Academy for the Gifted and Talented School Vicinity" almost certainly does not exist though. There are some other questionable names/tags. It looks like there's some unaddressed vandalism on and around the school campus.
While having a look on edits in and around San Jose, I came across the edits by user gursh. This user did some obvious vandalism which I reverted immediately (moving street nodes and the "[…] Academy for the Gifted and Talented […]" which I suspect not to be a school name. But some edits on names on the school campus are difficult to verify from Europe. That's why I ask local mappers (whoever thinks that he is local) to have a look at https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/gursh/history and revert the changesets if appropriate.
There seem to be multiple layers of edits by multiple users, much of it vandalism. Can we just delete the names, reset them to zero?
