I went to take a look. It's 'surface=sett' . It's also a fenced off street https://flic.kr/p/YeQPbK and there's a newish building we didn't have mapped there.
So yeah a few interesting details added, but I'm confused about how this note was generated. Is it a coincidence that StreetComplete was asking about the road surface on this road which had an interesting surface?
I don't think that it is a coincidence:
