You cannot add a "pin" by editing the OSM database. It depends on the renderer, app, or whatever you use if particular data elements show up or not. At least, the Mapnik renderer displays the house/door number ("23/2"). If you want to display a dedicate marker, use the "Share" tab on the right side, select "Show marker" (or whatever it says in English) and add a bookmark with the generated URL.
Hey, thanks for your answer. Why does the shop "Veganista" next to the node in question show the icecreamcone icon then?
OK, so we have different definitions of "pin". ;-) As mentionend already, if (and how) some particular kind of POI or other data is displayed is up to the application that uses the OSM database. No renderer can show everything, otherwise you would end up in an unreadable map. In this case, Mapnik seems to consider offices less important than ice cafés, restaurants, shops etc. If you use some other renderer or map display application, you may see it. For example, Osmand (the OSM Android app) can search and display way more element types, including architect offices.
seems resolved :)
