At this location The station building is above road/track, these stairs lead down from the station to the road. The bridge across the railway is at the same level as midland road which is considerably higher than station road/ the busway.
It's probably best to join this with the road below with a foot path then, so that a router can route pedestrians over the bridge. But then again, there is a link from the bridge *not* via the steps to the road already too.
It would be a case of either removing the steps or more logically removing the pre existing link as there is no way from the station to the path/road other wise.
