These are likely logging roads and not highway=unclassified. Tagging them as unclassified might lead people to attempt to drive them in cars built for city roads. AI help find objects but it still requires us humans to make the determination if they belong in OSM.
Please revert this changeset.

The classification of highways is actually a bit tricky. If one uses highway=track for these roads, that implies a road that is not constructed for carrying vehicles except for farm tractors and the like. Most logging roads that I've seen might be better classed as highway=service with tags to indicate surface, smoothness, etc. If it is a larger road, compacted and in use by heavy vehicles, then I think highway=unclassified is a possibility, again with tags for access, surface, etc.
The Wiki definition of highway=unclassified is very loose and therefore it's difficult to make a positive determination.
We're gone around and around on highway classifications on the Thailand forum but have never reached consensus.
My 2 cents. -

Thanks for the clarification. For some background. This changeset was from AI identified roads with little human investigation of what was being added resulting in a complete revert of this and many more similar edits by the mapper.
In this area local mappers seem to basically agree that unclassified is either a rural residential road or an open logging road maintained by some governmental agency. The former fits well with what I understand is the British use of unclassified. (And it certainly doesn't mean not classified although it should.) Logging roads typically have barriers, although most are not mapped, and are not suitable for the average car, especially after a few years go by after they were created during a clear cut project.
