Hello, I see that you modified a few tags from maxweight=7.5 to maxweight:signed=7.5
What is the difference between those tags? From the OSM wiki and from taginfo it seems that this tag is only used as maxweight:signed=no to indicate that there is no signed maxweight restriction. I think this is not the case here. Can you also keep the oneways? The main boulevard is under construction and although the oneways on secondary roads are temporary it will take a long time until they will be removed.

I am talking about the oneway on Strada Dezrobirii and Strada Rampei that is still in effect

This is the only solution I found for the problem that there is no public information about the maxweight restricted areas in Targu Mures. By restricted areas I mean how the restrictions are organized in Bucharest, for example - https://rb.gy/xplyt4. If they are not organized by areas, but only by streets, then I believe that there should be a weight restriction sign at each intersection or roundabout to confirm or deny the restriction. In the absence of these signs, it seemed normal to put the maxweight:signed=no tag. I tried to look for a H.C.L. of the local council from 2014 (the one that referred to the city's transit regulation and which should have included the streets with weight restrictions) but it was useless. I found that there would be a 3.5 tons restriction in the central area (Piata Trandafirilor, probably), but it is not clear to me if there is also an area with a 7.5 tons restriction. It is also mentioned about a restriction of 20 tons on the rest of the streets. Because of this contradictory information, I tried to reproduce through this tag the situation „de facto”, whether or not there were traffic signs about weight
Regarding the problem of one-way streets, I apologize for my mistakes. I followed the press release of the town hall, from which it was not clear that Strada Dezrobirii or Strada Rampei would become one-way streets.

To my knowledge there isn't a full restrictions map from the town hall as you also found out. Regarding traffic signs they are not at every intersection, just at the first intersection where trucks are not allowed, if it makes sense.
I am still not sure about the tag situation, is maxweight:signed=7.5 tag correct? What is the difference between it and maxweight=7.5?
