Sir, this is against the community rules.
as i've explained in my edit description, what matter is the color of the road number sign and nothing else.
As mentions here: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Israel#Inter-city_roads
and I quote: "First rule for numbered roads: The category is determined by the color of the sign" and later: "Motorways mostly have an {Freeway_sign} sign at the entrances, *but not necessarily*."
Indeed, this section of the road still have a blue road number sign, in any term: in Google Maps, Wikipedia, and most importantly - physically. I drove the road personally to check the physical signs all along the road.
So please stop cancel my marking against the rules, especially without giving real reason!
*That including road number 5 -

First, the table said that "Expressways / trunk in Israel can look very much like a freeway" and have speed limit of "100 km/h" and the speed limit in the part of road 1 from Sha'ar Ha-Guy interchange to Yiga'el Yadin Interchange is 90 km/h which is similar to the Ha'Arava part of road 90
Second, blue signs can appear also in case that the destination are intercity, for example see this photo:
https://jerusalem.mynet.co.il/picserver/mynet/crop_images/2022/09/01/rk00Ry1AJs/rk00Ry1AJs_0_0_640_360_0_large.jpg . the photo display sign to and the Tel-Aviv destination in Beit interchange in road 16 to west direction -

I'm not talking about the destination signs, which are indeed blue for intercity destinations on the in-city signs; I'm talking about the road NUMBER signs. These are only about the category of the road, and as the rule said - they are the only thing that matter...
As you can see in the table, in the Trunk category there is a red number sign.
By the way, you can see it in the very picture that you sent: the number "16" is red; therefore mapped as a Trunk. The "1" on the signs is blue on this part, therefore need to be marked as a MotorwayBy the way, are you Israeli?...

The different between motorway and trunk road is not clear in Israel, I need to ask Netivei Israel about national road 1
