updated Michigan State Capitol building using newer Bing imagery. it doesn't seem right that building's wing parts are of the same height as the central part, but that's the way it was and i don't have precise knowledge what are the right values. also don

Hi! I think the convention in the US is to reserve the admin_level=4 tag for the official state boundary relation. Mind if I remove it from this building so that it doesn't pop up in query results?

I didn't add the admin_level tag as far as I remember. but anyway sounds like you may want to update your query

That might be true for mapping in other parts of the world, but in the entire US, this is the only building with an admin_level=4 tag.

I mean I don't particularly mind removing the tag per se, it's pretty obvious what the building is. but I'm not sure that removing it is the right approach. I think the tag is descriptive and used correctly in a reasonably documented way... I don't think it's a good argument that other building are not marked like that in US (and are there buildings marked with different admin_level?). I don't see why should the correct, even if unusual, data fit your query instead of the other way around

It doesn't really affect what I was doing. But I was curious so I did a little more searching, and while this is the only building mapped as a relation with admin_level=4, there are other buildings with the admin_level tag mapped as ways. So, I guess this is an appropriate tag for the building. Nice job with all the fancy levels, by the way!
