Added all the forest roads in Lakeshore, identified the ones climbing from it, and reclaimed some flow for the Sacramento River without adding stream lines to the lake. "alt_name" is what is in the county GIS (open data portal)

Sugarloaf streets now correspond to actual streets. Removed fake bridges near culverts. If you don't know how the water crosses, LEAVE IT ALONE. Don't make outrite errors to suppress warnings.

Highland Ridge had a missing piece, needed connection. Shasta County indicates the rest is private (could really be BLM) and FS has a different road with the same name locally, but indicates this route as all the same road.

Forest Services's Trinity Mountain Road to its end. I note Trinity County is still calling this East Side Road. That may be the more common name, so maybe the official one needs to be shoved into official_name.
