Looks like London Eye is having *building=yes* tag (osm.org/way/204068874/history) . As this is not a building, only *tourism=attraction* tag should be okay.

There is lot of construction happening around this highway junction. This has led to many changes to link roads and dual carriages.

Can someone verify and map this junction with the newly constructed highways ?

Looks like we cannot take a u-turn from left side of Fleet street to right side of Fleet Street. Not seeing any supporting streetlevel imagery in the area.
Can someone please verify if there is any turn-restriction between dual carriage ways of Fleet Street?
