spring has been out of order for years

put in some speed limits (they actually don't exist), but this exit has a stop sign, is very short, and many accidents happen there because people don't expect they have to stop and far too fast.

mapfactor did not route here, properties of the point seemed to be wrong, there were also no turning restrictions available. I probably messed this up a little against the rules, but at least I hope it works now.

highway was missing bridge feature this interfering with the road below. mapfactor had a routing problem here most likely caused by this.
