I'm guessing that what there actually is here apart from separate road, cycleway and footpath in the middle of a field is a road with a segregated cycleway on the southern side (perhaps cycleway=track; segregated=yes)?

Is there any sort of link between Bosworth Trail and Thornborough Road past here? there used to be changeset/27510797 , but that got deleted in changeset/27510797 .

A proper survey is needed to see what the access restrictions are (and to see whether it is a public bridleway or similar).

Hi,

I have modified the road class to cycle path
based on internal driver feedback and OS Open Local 2022. Since I'm not aware of the barrier type, I have added barrier=yes. If any local mapper has information regarding the barrier at this place, please tag it accordingly or please let me know, I will make the edits.

Footpath is now fenced off here. To continue the route you need to walk up to bardon road and the turn right to rejoin
