there is no cycleway on this section of los angeles street, only painted lane. I'm not certain what the practice is for a situation where the cycleway is on-and-off, so I'm hoping a reviewer verify I'm codifying this right

Gated on both ends, I rode by this in person and didn't see any way through. Confirmed with Google Street view
