removed city to north cycle route relation from epping road cycleway. firstly, it's not part of city to north route, as per note. secondly it is already covered by this correctly named rcn

removed rcn and relation from these isolated sections of intersection link road. Likely typo, but in any event not correct

update to burns bay road cycleway. Removed footpath sections with no cycling. Reflected on the ground lane markings. Added cyclepath to relation when adjacent rather than road.
