Changed some Lompoc HOA's from Hamlets to Neighborhoods as they are not isolated from the City Limits or Sphere of Influence. Updated Lompoc from Town to City, and relocated La Salle to be closer to their buildings in the canyon.

Removed highly inaccurate City Limits for Lompoc and replaced with official city limit line, I am the GIS Analyst for the City of Lompoc - I am however unfamiliar with OSM best practices, please let me know of any needed corrections.

The scrub land was horribly outdated, it showed it invading into Briarcreek Housing Development, boundaries have been shifted to reflect aerial image.

"The Willows" has NO road names, this has been confirmed through field checking, confirmation from both Lompoc Fire and PD, as well as the property manager. All names at the Willows mobile park are to be REMOVED. The Willows main office place corrected.
