The parking is private (gate access only for university) but there is a footway across it (the parking is not enclosed with a fence or so, it's just not accessible to car without an access badge). Thanks for the info about the type of the pathes, I was confused (and I think a lot are) between the different type of path, I will read the documentation on wiki and try to correct.
