All of these changes have now been reverted in changeset/53490625 (which I created following the instructions at osm.wiki/JOSM/Plugins/Reverter#Usage )

Apologies to all for this error on my part.

Oh no. This was supposed to be sent to my local instance of the OSM API.

I will work to revert these changes using JOSM.
