added missing links between tunnel and surface

added a missing link in tunnel (approximate location & length)

Deleted a non existing part (probably duplicate of a more well drawn part just at its side)

One-way was reversed when parallel street (rue de l'armistice) was set to one-way

These two parts of rue Ongena were restricted to one-way about two years ago

This part of the street does not exist anymore: they "filled" to join the triangle part to the rest of the park. So now to turn right from bd Mettewie we have to go to the corner a little further and take the part of the street where the bus passes.
