Change an informal connector trail into what is now a formal trail with a name. Part of the bay to bay trail expansion that recently opened.

Extended an old informal trail into the new official bay to bay trail. Opened a couple of weeks ago, and is available on CoTrex and local maps.

A section of trail has been rerouted in the northwest section of Maxwell Natural Area, just east of CR23. The new alignment brings the trail out of the bottom of the basin, increasing the sustainability of the trail.

CSU has changed the name of East Drive to Libbie Coy Way. This was communicated via email to CSU personal and is reflected on page 10 of the 2019-2020 guidebook: https://issuu.com/rmcollegian/docs/csu_visitors_guide_2019-20

Pedestrian sidewalk bridge no longer exists. Deleted path.
