Re-tagged the wharenui at Takapūwāhia marae, to better describe the function of the building. Additionally, I added the name 'Toa Rangātira' to the wharenui.

Forgot to delete Māori name when I deleted the basic name tag

Deleted amenity=community_centre from wharenui because, ultimately, it should include the entire premises, in which case it would duplicate the existing amenity=marae. Additionally, it currently duplicates building=wharenui.
