OSMtracker, http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSMtracker has been released in 0.10.0 version. It looks interesting, but the problem is that it is only for Windows Mobile.
It is a pity that I have an phone with Android, for which there is not such functional program (I have not found the program for Android platform which supports audio mapping).
I could even pay for such app...

opensatnav.org is aiming to do similar. It's not as fully functional yet but supports GPS track recording, waypoints, etc, with direct access to OSM
