Updated trails and ranch roads at Salmon Falls Ranch

Remove duplicate edge between El Dorado Trail and Oriental Street. Clean up some paths in area based satellite imagery and on what El Dorado County publishes as public roads.

Connect two sections of Rock Creek Rd that in fact connect, deleted Whaler Creek as it was just a stub, there is a culvert but no ford. I am assuming this will allow routing past the erroneous gap that by connecting the road segments.

Improve connectivity of El Doardo Trail to Missouri Flat Rd and Acorn Creek Trail to Salmon Falls Rd.

Update missing sections of the El Dorado Trail, add informal trail in Camino Heights, remove section of abandoned rail buried under US50, update gas station in Camino Heights.
