Add missing fairway to hole 16 I also adjusted hole 1 very slightly

Improved hole 9: - Split the fairway into 3 sections. Note that the first 2 sections are sometimes connected, but usually & currently are not. Satellite imagery suggests they are connected and so must be out of date. - Improved fairway, bunker, and green

Improve hole 1: make teebox outlines more accurate; added missing streams; made pond more accurate; added toilet, bench, garbage; made cartpath more accurate

Add missing teeboxes to hole 9; clean up existing ones; change grass nursery from "teebox" to "fairway"

Add missing features to hole 8: a small stream and 3 teeboxes. Also cleaned up the black teebox.

Add red penalty area to the right side of hole 8.

Improve bunkers around hole 8 green

Removed several trees and added a wooded area instead. The trees in this area are very dense and mostly unmaintained as far as I'm aware. I am skeptical the original tree markings were correct, and there are definitely dozens of smaller trees within that

Improve hole 8; fixed where the fairway goes, improved the green and cartpath; improved the pond & labelled it as a red penalty area; changed the "scrub" to natural woods & labelled it as a red penalty area.

Clean up around hole 7; add missing teeboxes; add a portable toilet; add missing tag to the other portable toilet I added.
